International standard - since 1994

ISO9001 is one of the most widely used and recognised standards in the world. With annual audits, we ensure our quality management practices and thus constantly work to ensure that our products and services meet the requirements of our customers and the applicable legal regulations. Our company has been ISO9001 certified since 1994.

Welding competence - EN 3834-2

We have perfected the welding of high-strength and wear-resistant steels over decades. With this European standard, which refers to the quality requirements for the technical welding of metallic materials, we ensure our high welding quality.

The following scope is certified as part of the inspection in accordance with EN ISO 3834-2:2021: </strong

• Manufacture of railway vehicle parts and components in accordance with EN 15085-2
• Manufacture of structural steel components according to EN 1090-2
• Components for construction machinery and general mechanical engineering

Welding competence - EN 15085-2

With this European certificate, we demonstrate that we fulfil the welding quality requirements in the following areas of application:

Welding of railway vehicles and vehicle parts in accordance with EN 15085-2 for the scope of classification level CL1 in activity area D, P

Welding expertise - EN 1090-1

This certificate certifies that the factory production control fulfils the requirements of EN 1090-1 and confirms the placing on the market of load-bearing steel components made of steel up to EXC3 in accordance with EN 1090-2.

Welding is a key process in our production that we are constantly developing further.

We currently employ:

• 2 International Welding Engineers (IWE)
• 4 “International Welding Specialists” (IWS)
• 40 highly qualified and certified welding technicians

BG Bau

A type examination based on EU legislation and/or European standards. The certificate is held by BG Bau. The following hydraulic quick coupler systems are included in the list:

• multiconnect: MCL FPL, MCXL FPL, MCXXL FPL, MC3XL FPL
• snapit! SI10 FPL, SI18 FPL
• S quick coupler: S35 FPL, S40 FPL, S50FPL

In 2005, as part of the 60th anniversary celebrations, we were awarded the Styrian coat of arms for outstanding services to Styria as a business location. This award is linked to the fulfilment of strict criteria that ensure the high quality of products and services.

Membership & Certification

We are the leading competence centre in the processing of wear-resistant & high-strength steels in Austria. Membership of the global “Hardox® In My Body” network of the Swedish steel producer SSAB confirms our first-class products using Hardox® wear plates. You will find these stickers on all our Hardox attachments for loaders and excavators.
